All that data has to be manually moved over to your CRM to create the contact, assign it to an agent, and maybe start a campaign. What does an e-parse actually do? We’ve been working with a lot of different clients recently to set up an e-parse to get that lead data over into your CRM automatically while following all your lead routing rules or assigning it to a specific user so they can properly reassign it.
