Why do I need Real Synch ?
Residential Real Estate Professionals typically use a myriad of software systems to run their business. Real Synch makes it easy to automate and streamline your teams workflow and data entry tasks from lead to close – across your software systems. Rather than hire expensive IT staff, Real Synch can work with your current staff at a fraction of the cost.
What is Real Synch?
Real Synch is a task automation platform designed to make it easy and inexpensive for Residential Real Estate professionals to automatically perform thousands of data update tasks between their systems each month using our smart “SynchBot” integration technology. Additionally, we service your account with dedicated Support Engineers so we can execute all your integration and automation needs with our platform or other technology tools to connect and automate all the leads and systems your have.
What is a SynchBot?
“Synch Bots” connect to your Lead Generation, IDX provider, Marketing Automation, CRM, and Transaction Management systems to automatically perform data entry tasks that would otherwise require users to login to one system – and copy/paste into another on a timely basis.
Synch Bots connect to Source System A to Target System B and send data back n forth. Each Bot includes preset default filters, triggers and rules, based off input from our customers. This makes it easy as 1-2-3 to activate a Bot in under 60 seconds if you decided to use or platform, or you can lets us do all the set up for you by choosing one of our service plans.

Available solutions, including emails parsers, generic integration platforms (ala Zapier), and direct point to point solutions (ex. provided by one of the apps involved) solve for just one part of the problem, or require complex configuration or coding to get the results Teams and Brokers want.
Real Synch incorporates those tools on our platform and is the first (and only!) solution designed specifically in collaboration with Residential Real Estate brokers and teams. This means our Bots understand your systems and your data task automation needs.
We even designed our Bots so you can request customizations if the pre built filters and options don’t fit your workflow automation requirements. We can build and use any tool to connect all your applications to save you hundreds of hours a year on manual data entry.
How often does a SynchBot perform a Task?
Most Bots synch in real time. This means that within seconds of data being added or updated to a record from Source system A you will see those updates to Target system B.
Some Bots run on a polling cycle. This means they periodically scan the Source system A for data which has been added or updated so they can send (Synch) updates to the Target system B. The default in these cases is every 5 minutes. The options are typically every 5,10,30 or 60m.
Each time data is created or updated in a connected Source system – the Bot evaluates the source and target options (filters, triggers, rules) to perform the required Task and update data in the connected Target system.
Subscriptions & Pricing
Is the Real Synch plan pricing per agent or brokerage?
Real Synch subscription covers your entire team of agents or teams within a brokerage. One monthly fee covers all your agents in all your connected systems.
Our pricing is based on a flat platform fee and business size. This allows for there to be no restrictions on using all the products and integrations we have on our platform. No more per user fees or per integration fees. Everything is unlimited!
Can I change plans?
Of course! To change plans click on the chat interface while logged into Real Synch and we will work with you to determine the plan that fits your needs.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments made online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We cannot accept any personal or business checks.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No. There is no set-term contract on a monthly plan, other than agreeing to our Terms of Service. You can cancel your account at any time and you will not be billed again. To cancel your account, click on the chat interface while logged into your Real Synch account, and we’ll take care of it.
One of my systems is not listed on the site?
Great! This gives us a reason to consult with you and build some custom integration and automation. We work with all integration platforms not just our own to automation and connect all your systems. So, if the system you are using is not on our site its just because we may not of heard of it. We are constantly adding new partners and capabilities to Real Synch’s own platform as well. Let us know what system you use and we will start working on setting up your custom automation and integration!
