What is Real Synch?

Real Synch is  platform designed exclusively for Residential Real Estate brokers and teams to integrate and synchronize all of their office systems. With Real Synch and our Smart Synch technology, all of your Lead Gen, CRM, and Transaction Management systems seamlessly work together to make sure you always see the most current information regardless of which system you are logged into.

What is a Smart Synch?

RealSynch is more than just an integration or synchronization solution. We work with our customers and our partners to understand exactly how their systems should work together.  This means we can build additional smart logic into our integrations / synchronizations to do a wide variety of Smart functions like filtering, automating workflows, etc.

I am already using a tool that integrates my systems

Most of the available solutions, including emails, generic integration platforms, and point solutions (ex. built in app integration) all solve just a part of the problem or require complex code to get them  to do what you really want them to do. Real Synch is the first (and only!) solution design specifically for Residential Real Estate brokers and teams. This means we understand your systems and your needs to develop complete and easy to customize integration across all of your systems.

What is a "Synch"?

Synch is short for Synchronization.

Synch is the term we use to describe a unique integration made up of Two (2) providers.

A Source  Technology Provider and a Target Technology Provider app.

Is the Real Synch plan pricing per agent or brokerage?

Real Synch is licensed for your entire team of agents at brokerage. One flat monthly fee covers all your agents.

What is the difference between monthly and annual pricing?

Annual plans are billed at the beginning of the subscription period at a discounted monthly rate that can save you 15% or more on your subscription!

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept payments made online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We cannot accept any personal or business checks.

Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?

Monthly Plans
No. There is no set-term contract on a monthly plan, other than agreeing to our Terms of Service. You can cancel your account at any time and you will not be billed again. To cancel your account, send us an email and we’ll take care of it.

Yearly Plans
When you sign up for a yearly plan, you are committing to that plan for 12 months.  If you choose to cancel before the end of your 12-month-term, we will refund a prorated amount representing the remainder of your 12-month-term, along with an early cancellation fee of $200 taken out of the prorated refund amount.

Can I change plans?

Of course! To change plans, contact us via the Contact Us page and we will work with you to determine the plan you need. For Monthly subscribers, any change in plan will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. For Annual subscribers, we will pro-rate the change from the plan change effective date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We only accept cancellations via email. We request at least 2 business days notice for the cancellation to become effective. You can suspend your syncs through the control panel to stop all synchronizations.  For Monthly subscribers, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For Annual subscribers, we will pro-rate the cancellation from the effective date.

We are constantly adding new partners and capabilities to Real Synch – we may already be working on the system you need . Let us know what system you need to connect to and we will do our best to get you connected!  Click on Contact Us link at the top of the page.

How can we Partner with Real Synch?

How do I setup a Synch?

The easiest way is to try it out!  The product is made to be simple so you can self service.  Just click on Start Today to get Subscribe.  We have included simple instructions throughout the process to help you with any steps that need to be completed in your Source or Target system.
